The fan base is sure to be furious However, EA will claim that they have kept their word of the release of three updates because they didn't say anything at first regarding the date they would be released or what they would be. Also, "We said there would be updates, but we haven't made any claim about the updates being great ones."
As it's almost unanimous that these weren't the kinds of changes that people were looking forward to seeing when it came to franchise modes, it's worth looking into what changes people would like to see happen in the future, especially since the majority of them will not be included during the year's final update.
